With over 15 years' experience in food safety certification, Vincent Doumeizel joined LRQA in 2015 as Vice President Food & Beverage. Vincent has a degree in economics and holds an extensive knowledge of the agro-food sector, developed in a variety of roles around the world.
With LRQA Vincent is focused on further strengthening the strategic direction and reach of LRQA's global food business, through the delivery of existing services and a wider portfolio designed to meet the needs of thousands of worldwide food sector clients. Vincent also supports the charitable objectives of the LR Foundation by identifying and supporting innovative food projects, with an objective to increasing Food Supply Chain resilience all around the world.
As Vice President of Technology Solutions at LRQA, Simon Batters is responsible for leading the development and deployment of technology based assurance products within cloud based and open ecosystem platform environments. He has worked for LRQA for over 21 years in a number of roles which include Global Head of Strategic Marketing and Vice President of LRQA North Asia. Simon has an extensive track record of creating growth and value through innovative solutions, and is currently leading the development of new products powered by the greenfence platform. Having spent a number of years based in Asia, he now lives in California with his family.
As Senior Manager Food Safety at LRQA, Tim Ahn is responsible for the technical development of food safety assessment schemes, in addition to performing FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, and second-party assessments. Prior to joining LRQA, Ahn worked for Mars, Inc. for more than 25 years, where he was the Director of Quality and Food Safety for the Mars Global Chocolate Business. In this role Ahn was responsible for food safety, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and technical services. He has a B.S. degree in chemical engineering from the University of Delaware and is an IRCA certified Food Safety Management System Auditor.
Erasmo Salazar is a Food Safety Technical Manager at LRQA and has over 20 years’ experience in the quality assurance arena. He is responsible for all Food Safety programs in the Americas region, in addition to assessment and certification to FSSC 22000 and ISO 9001 standards. Throughout his extensive career, Salazar has held various senior level food safety and quality positions within Gruma, Mars and LRQA. He has an MSc in Food Science from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education and is an IRCA Certified Principal Auditor.
As Technical Manager for the Americas at LRQA, Katerina Liana is responsible for the day to day management of the area technical function. She is the LRQA global product specialist for SA 8000 and SMETA, and is also an IRCA certified Lead Assessor for a wide range of standards including: ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 50001. Katerina has over 25 years’ experience working for independent certification and training providers, having spent 15 years with the Hellenic Organization for Standardization before moving to LRQA. She holds a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
